We are looking for a BIM Manager with good technical experience to implement all the procedures in BIM and Digital Construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators & BIM Modelers
• Establish and implement BIM execution plan and be responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM processes, standards and workflow.
• Manage and enforce quality control /quality assurance / BIM documentation for adherence to established standards / guides
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery of visuals and shop drawings by team members to support construction works
• Partner the project team to facilitate review using BIM models and relevant analysis
• Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
• Deployment of BIM Coordinator/Modeler to respective site including coordination/collaboration with various site Project Manager with regards to staff & project deliverables.
• Oversee the BIM Team development and progression
Key Skills and Experience
· At least 8 years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management
· Experience in a large scale or infrastructure project and has completed full project cycle at design phase or construction phase
· Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authorised training provider
· Proficient in software such as Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, Synchro Pro, CostX, Cubicost, etc.
