Job Description:


As the General Manager of the international market for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our operations in various global regions. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategic plans to drive international growth, managing cross-cultural teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional catering services to our international clientele


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in

international markets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships globally.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional and marketing strategies for different international markets.

4. Lead and manage cross-cultural teams, ensuring effective communication and efficient operations.

5. Oversee international logistics, including transportation, customs regulations, and supply chain management.

6. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

7. Ensure compliance with international regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

8. Foster strong relationships with international vendors, suppliers, and partners.

9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for international operations.

10. Represent the company at international events, trade shows, and industry conferences.


Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the catering or

hospitality industry, with a focus on international markets.

2. Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different geographies.

4. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

5. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in diverse international markets.

6. Ability to travel internationally as required.


KPIs:

1. Number of new business opportunities identified and pursued.

2. Revenue generated from new and existing accounts.

3. Market share and brand recognition in target markets.

4. Number of successful partnerships established and maintained.

5. Cost-effectiveness of business development activities.
