Our client is one of the leading players in the Medical Manufacturing Company. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Building Facilities Manager to be part of their Engineering Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
The Duties of Building Facilities Manager are:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and motivation to maintenance staff and sub-contractors to achieve exceptional performance.
- Ensure the overall maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the building to project a positive image.
- Plan and supervise comprehensive preventive maintenance activities, addressing emergencies promptly with minimal disruption.
- Develop proactive measures to enhance building maintenance standards and efficiency.
- Regularly review and enforce building maintenance and security standard operating procedures (SOP) for compliance by staff, tenants, and visitors.
- Prepare monthly reports for management review.
Requirement
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing setting, with strong M&E and facilities management exposure
- Min diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Instrumentation)
