Event Executive

Event Executive Expectations – 2 Vacancies:

· 6 months contract roles are available as well.

· Able to start immediately.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong in event logistics & event administration
  • Schedule virtual events that are exciting for members and attractive to prospects.
  • Help plan and execute the events: brainstorm ideas, develop event plan, and timeline.
  • Create digital content to generate interest, excitement, and registrations.
  • Set up and host technical aspects of Livestream broadcasts/webinars and moderate comments
  • Stay up-to-date on company promotions, products, and events
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Additional administrative projects as needed

What You Will Need:

  • Keen eye for details.
  • A resourceful individual with good organization and time management skills
  • Able to think creatively/ strategically, work independently and a team player
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills between clients, internal and external parties leading up to the event, ensuring client and event requirements are met
  • Able to work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an event.
  • Excellent problem solving and change management skills displaying independent judgment, initiative and creativity.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin as well (in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates).
  • Preferably with min. 1 year experience.
