Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all Treasury Product software components.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure that testing requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Manage the testing schedule, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Manage and maintain test environments, including any necessary hardware and software resources.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Monitor and report on testing progress and status to stakeholders.
- Work with the project team to identify and resolve any testing-related issues.
Requirement:
- At least 8 years of experience in software testing
- Experience managing testing projects in the banking sector, with a focus on Treasury Products
- Must have good understanding into Treasury operations and payment.
- Good understanding of test methodology and experience in a SDLC (software development lifecycle) project implementation process
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on Project Management, Functional and Non-Functional testing, and Defect Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills with all key internal and external stakeholder to ensure test plan, strategy and QA plan is understood and implemented as per plan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle tight deadlines.
- Good team player and positive working attitude
- Self-motivated, self-starter and fast learner with ability to work independently and within a team.
