- Basic $2,600 - $3,400 (depends on experience)
- Mobile Allowance $60
- Location - Central (Tanjong Pagar)
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Job Scope
- Handling key customer account
- Manage daily operational activities - accident claims
- Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for close rental assessment
- Resolve vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers
- Manage operation and maintenance of motor vehicles
- Manage periodic servicing schedule, LTA inspection compliance, AVP and reporting
- Manage fleet management budget (negotiation of repair pricing with authorized workshop)
- Develop and implement vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance
Requirements
- O Level / Diploma holder
- Min. 1 - 3 years of experience in customer care (automotive/fleet/vehicles)
- Class 3 license
