Brief Summary

  • Basic $2,600 - $3,400 (depends on experience)
  • Mobile Allowance $60
  • Location - Central (Tanjong Pagar)
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Job Scope

  • Handling key customer account
  • Manage daily operational activities - accident claims
  • Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for close rental assessment
  • Resolve vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers
  • Manage operation and maintenance of motor vehicles
  • Manage periodic servicing schedule, LTA inspection compliance, AVP and reporting
  • Manage fleet management budget (negotiation of repair pricing with authorized workshop)
  • Develop and implement vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance

Requirements

  • O Level / Diploma holder
  • Min. 1 - 3 years of experience in customer care (automotive/fleet/vehicles)
  • Class 3 license
