- Meet and greet passengers warmly and politely
- Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
- Safely lift passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs/aircraft when required
- To identify passengers' name, flight information and special service request details, to ensure that they are taken to the correct destination
- Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage
- Attend to passengers' inquiries and provide passengers with a memorable customer service experience
- Adhere to all SOP and safety standards
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
- Ability to read, write and converse in basic English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing long hours
- Comfortable with laborious/physical work
- Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
- No experience welcomed, training will be provided
- May be required to overtime (OT), when needed
