Job Details :
- Shall provide daily on-site DESKTOP management and support services (“DESKTOP Support Services”) for all end-users’(including VIP users) End User Computing Devices (DESKTOP) which are used in the Customer’s environment with the Customer’s approval.
- The general scope of Desktop Support Services (non-exhaustive) include:
- Image build management;
- Administration and configuration;
- Patch management;
- Machine deployment;
- End-user account management;
- End-user device hardening and lockdown;
- Trouble-shooting and problem resolution
- End-user briefings & awareness service.
- Imaging/cloning laptops and desktops
- Install Windows OS/software patching
- Set up new asset
- Printer Hardening/configuration
- Wi-Fi setup
- Manage and resolve incidents/requests
- Escalate unresolved issues to the respective team
- Deploy desktops/laptops/printers/VC devices/smart card readers etc
- RAM upgrade
- Manage user accounts (starters/leavers)
- Basic Network/application issues
