Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the central kitchen with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring timely food and beverage preparation.
- Handle sorting, storing, and distribution of ingredients, as well as kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Perform tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including equipment, production floor, and storage areas.
- Dispose of rubbish and adhere strictly to hygiene and safety standards.
- Undertake general duties within the kitchen and any other ad-hoc assignments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold high standards of food quality.
- Monitor and manage food stock levels, placing orders when necessary.
Requirement :
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Pleasant disposition, well-groomed appearance, and at least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
- Availability for a 6-day work week and capability to work on rotating shifts.
