Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in Research & Development for innovative products.
- Take charge of crafting and preparing baked goods for customer sales, including recipe creation, ingredient procurement, and coordinating baking schedules for items like breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies, and more.
- Develop and enhance recipes, precisely measuring and combining ingredients using various equipment to create high-quality baked goods.
- Conduct tests on ingredients and finished products to guarantee adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and restock workstations, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for subsequent shifts.
- Oversee General Store Operations.
- Enhance service quality.
- Welcome customers, provide information on specials or new items, address inquiries, and manage orders and payments. Serve beverages and desserts.
- Package food and beverages for sale.
- Continuously educate oneself on Japanese teas, desserts, and presentation techniques to elevate the quality of beverages and desserts.
- Monitor inventory and replenish items in display cases or behind the counter.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, quality controls, and ensure store and personal hygiene. Implement Product Quality Control measures.
- Prepare ingredients.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
