- Address customer inquiries received through telephone or email escalated from the Call Centre.
- Assist walk-in customers with their queries.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting for Internet e-services-related issues. Escalate intricate queries for intervention by superiors.
- Participate in change management campaigns to engage customers.
- Recommend enhancements based on customer feedback or interactions.
- Ensure timely submission of daily reports.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- GCE ‘A’ Level
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Able to converse in Mandarin due to client demographics.
