Job Description:
- Handle partial Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Extraction of data and tabulation of excel stock listings
- Upkeeping of records for audits and reporting
- Handle logistics arrangement for all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Liaise with vendors and logistics companies on collection and delivery arrangement
- Process online sales orders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experiences in accounting roles
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skill, able to liaise with vendors and customers
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Meticulous with good analytical skills
- Preferably Singaporean due to quota limitation
