Work Location: Bedok / Kembangan
Work Hours:Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Friday 8.00am t o 4.30pm ( 30 Minutes Lunch)
Contract Period: 2 April 2024 to 1 April 2025
Job Responsibilities:
a) Perform customer service duties at the reception counter such as handling of phone calls and walk in enquiries
b) Print examination papers, assessment papers, worksheets and other materials
c) Record incoming and outgoing mails
d) Assist requests from students and staffs of the school
e) Filing of documents
f) Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement
a) At least GCE āNā level
b) Good Customer Service skills
c) Experienced in handling administrative works
d) Computer Literacy e.g Microsoft office (MS Word and MS Excel)
