Working Hours :
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
· To coordinate Non – GMP related services and manage performance of relevant sub- contractors who provides the service
· Act as Liaison Person within IFM operational matrix;
o Coordination of Hard Services (e.g. AHU, Generator)
o Management of Soft Services (Cleaning, Reception, CCTV/ Security/ Server Room)
· Manage performance of external service providers to meet service level agreement and KPI
· Ensure safety and security of sub-contractors are always maintain SOP
· Assist with events and set-up in the office
· Escorting vendors and follow-through (If there’s a need to).
· Collating data for utilities, waste data (General and recycling waste).
· Daily routine check for Office Area and Lab (Rooftop included)
· Manage Receptions counter for Visitors with visitor passes issuance, contractors, Delivery of Items/ parcels.
· To raise Purchase Request and Receiving of Goods/ Services in Maximo System
· Perform Accrual by end of the month
· Stock check on pantry items (pantry snacks, coffee beans, stationeries) and proceed with ordering in Maximo
· Any other tasks as and when assigned.
