Responsibilities
- This role is responsible to drive the PBTPC Phygital initiative and to further deepen customer engagement and product penetration via Next best nudges (NBN)for clients and Nextbest conversations (NBC) for relationship managers.
- Identify key client engagement goals and work closely with business management and marketing teams to create strategies to meet these goals.
- Oversees and manage client engagement initiatives such as new product launch. Involved in developing bank's multi-channel communication strategies from client targeting to personalised content and effective call to action.
- Perform post campaign evaluation to identify areas and plans for improvement
- Support Business to uncover insights through deep dive analysis and presenting recommendations via storytelling and visualization to non-analytics audience
- Good understanding of business and key performance metrics of Private Banks such as Cash-to-Investment-Conversion, Net New Money etc.
- Capable of managing frequent evolving business requirements effectively (i.e. scope management)
- Advocate and promote a culture of self-service and data-driven decision-making through agile prototyping, and measuring effectiveness of deployed campaigns
Requirement
- At least 7 years of data translator or digital marketing analytics experience. Minimum degree in Statistics or Computer Science or Analytics is preferred.
- Strong and hands-on experience and contributes to, best practices and common processes for campaign management
- Strong in campaign management tools such as HCL Unica campaign, Interact
- Proficient in usage of SAS, SQL, Python and other advance analytical languages/tools is preferred
- Proven track record of successful execution of data analytics initiatives to improve client engagement, drive business performance and support critical business decision
- Practical experience and highly knowledgeable in applying advance analytics (AI/ML) in the Private Banking domain across Digital marketing analytics and Client and Investment Analytics.
- Acquainted with big data frameworks and platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Spark etc.) used in AI and Machine Learning
- Familiarity with Wealth Management Core Banking systems such as Avaloq, T24/Transact is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking and problem-solving skills to lead problem formulation, analytic approach and solution design
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy is critical
- Basic proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, machine learning and working with large scale datasets
- Involved in providing ad hoc analysis, insights, and building and maintaining machine learning solutions
