Reporting to Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all administration and operational matters within the company office inclusive of, but not limited to: Communication, purchasing, sales / after sales, administration and reception, quality assurance procedure, and will assist the Director in daily operational work.
Admin
• In charge of Staff's PPE and training.
• In charge of Flight booking and hotel reservations.
• Assist in administrative duties, eg: ordering office supply
• Liaise with customers on order processing.
• List with all vendors & service providers
• Assist the Manager in the preparation of marketing materials.
• Liaise with relevant government bodies like WDA, MOM and etc on HRM.
Quality Assurance:
• In charge of Bizsafe, ISO.
Operations:
• Assist in daily operation work.
• Ensure accuracy for all expenses and documents in the project.
