Location: Tuas
Working Days: 5 days A Week - Mon-Fri
Working hours : 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (40 hrs per week)
Salary : $2,200 to $2,800
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and liaising with training providers and trainees for employees courses
- Take charge of course registration, confirmation and payments
- Update training records, filing of training certs and Training Feedback & Evaluation Form, if required, to ensure compliance with training quality procedures
- Checking of office employees’ attendance in EasyTime.
- Liaise with sub-contractors on the workers’ attendance
- Updating of foreign workers address through OFWS
- Assist in the issuance of medical chits and collection of medical reports for work permit holders
- Raise requisition orders and purchase of stationery, gifts/hampers/wreath
- Assist in fingerprint registration for employees access including sub-con workers
- Checking and verifying food and fruits supply invoices received from Canteen
- Liaise with telco providers on corporate phone lines
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
