RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into the accounting system.
- AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
- AR duties include monitoring aging reports, sending Statement of Accounts, following up on outstanding debts, and recording incoming payments.
- Handle funding claims and audit support.
- Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book and GST filing preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for accounting & finance functions.
- Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting-related matters.
- Cross-functional support on ad hoc reports and/or accounting matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties related to administrative work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum with 3-5 Years of experience in accounting/ finance, with construction accounts management is a plus.
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5 days work week
