Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and Enhancing the Company's Human Resources Management System.
2. Participate in the company's human resources planning work, participate in the company's major personnel decisions.
3. Organize and carry out the recruitment and allocation of the company's employees.
4. Organize and carry out the company's training management.
5. Organize and carry out the company's compensation and benefit management.
6. Organize and carry out the company's performance management.
7. Organize and carry out the company's staff management and personnel work.
8. Responsible for cooperating with other departments and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
9. Handling of termination of personnel.
Qualification:
1. Education and Work Experience: Full-time unified bachelor degree or above, graduated in human resources, management or related majors is required; Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years of management experience.
2. Professional knowledge: In-depth understanding and knowledge of human resource management theory and practice, familiarity with labor law and related laws and regulations, and knowledge of the latest developments in human resource management are required.
3. Professional skills: Proficiency in the use of human resources management software and office software, such as personnel management systems, payroll management software, Excel, etc.
4. Leadership and management skills: good team management skills with the ability to effectively assign work tasks and mobilize team resources.
5. Strong decision-making and problem solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions in emergency situations.
