- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Lead sales negotiations and close deals with potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement sales best practices.
