Planning and liaising with existing contractual Clientele to schedule for appointment.
Expanding & retaining existing Clientele base.
Manage requests/ feedbacks and assigning service team to follow-up on requests.
Willingness to learn on the job and hone relevant HVAC skillset. May express interest to learn HVAC installation and troubleshooting with our team members.
Team player who can work together with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve our internal processes.
Participating in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions.
Meticulous with details, preparation of paperwork for daily operations of service department.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.
Assist in providing quotations and invoices for our Clientele.
Assist in coordinating with the service team to rectify defects for our Clientele.

Candidate shall possess qualifications in Mechanical / Building Services with relevant experience.
Minimum requirements:
a. Relevant NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / building services
b. 1 year relevant working experience in HVAC / building services
c. Class 3 license (Preferred)
