Reporting to the Manager, Outreach & Volunteers, the Associate Executive will contribute to the development and implementation of the SCH’s development initiatives, fund raising projects, volunteer management and community engagement programmes, activities and events. He/She will support SingHealth Community Hospital (SCH)’s philosophy of care in providing patients with an unhurried and personalised care in a homely environment to promote healing and integration back home or the community. He/She will also support any other projects under the Communications, Patient Experience, Development (CPED) department, as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably 2 years of experience in volunteer and donor management, event planning and management and fundraising
- Strong interpersonal relations, resourceful and able to work independently
- Enjoys meeting people
- Effective written and oral communication skills
