Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Collaborating with the Warehouse and Logistics department to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfilment
- Assist in resolving incoming customer queries relating to orders such as invoice discrepancies.
- Provide support in preparing monthly sales reports and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant documents for claims from manufacturers and retailer incentives
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely payment to retailers
- Support event logistics by setting up equipment and proving on-site assistance during launch events/ roadshows
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred. Diploma holders possessing relevant work experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications/ FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
