Our company operates dormitory and hospitality related facilities. The Dormitory Operations Executive (OE) will oversee the smooth day to day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day dormitory operations and check In/Out process.
- Ensure property is well maintained.
- Receive and respond to resident feedback promptly.
- Conduct room inspections
- Liaise with clients on room conditions and resident behaviour.
- Oversee required building maintenance and repairs with our maintenance team.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies or contractors as and when required.
Requirements
- 1. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- 3. Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts if required.
- 4. Capable in handling multiple ongoing projects.
- 5. Bonus for experiences in Dormitories, Facility Management, Electrical or Plumbing skills, Maintenance skills.
