The administrative assistant supports the Agency's Outreach Team through a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the Agency
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders of the Agency
- Organising and scheduling training and workshops with partners and deployment of staff to conduct workshops
- Support administrative and logistical tasks for events and programs held
- Data entry and digital filing of confidential documents
- Other administrative or ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred, however not required, fresh graduates with a good command of written and spoken English are welcome to apply
- Excellent time management skills and able to manage multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic, quick thinking, adaptable and responsive to change
- A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication
- Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
