Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations and management especially in ensuring the spa operations run smoothly in regards to employees, customers and maintenance of the spa centre
- Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation
- Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales target are achieved by individual and team performance
- Ability to drive sales and build new customer base
- Promote brand awareness and company’s service/ products to customers
- Handle customer’s feedback professionally
- Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service
- Handle staff commission
- A plus to have experience in Facial treatments, Slimming Treatments
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of similar experience in Beauty/ Spa industry
- Strong communication skills and selling techniques
- Able to work on weekends and PH is essential
- Good management and service skills
- Able to work commence work immediately or with a short notice period
- Proficiency in Plato will be preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Problem solving mentality
