We are recruiting for our client – one of the largest real estate companies listed on SGX. They have a diversified portfolio comprises of residential and commercial properties such as offices, shopping malls and integrated development as well as hotels and serviced apartments.
Reporting to the CIO directly, you will be assisting the formulation of investment and asset management strategies, including deal sourcing, identifying and executing potential investment and divestment opportunities. You will be looking to conduct feasibility studies and due diligence, financial modelling and analysis and preparing investment memos.
You will be able to conduct in house valuation and maintaining performance reports to assess up-to-date evaluation of committed investments etc.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in real estate / finance / business or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven track record in the acquisition of development and investment properties in particularly Singapore and one of the following countries including United Kingdom, Japan or Australia.
- Possess excellent financial and business acumen, self-motivation and ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Good understanding of investment operations
