Responsibilities
· Responsible for the planning, coordinating and managing of all maintenance activities for all sites to ensure its operational availability
· Plan and manage manpower needs
· Develop maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure implementation
· Analyse failures trends and implement corrective actions
· Manage and Monitor equipment inventory
· Monitor expenses and control the budget
· Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders
· Conduct regular performance review with customers
· Ensure proper record of all documentation are kept
· Reviews procedures to modify maintenance procedures for better optimization of resources
· Train, manage and develop staff under his charge
· Ensure compliance on health and safety policies
Requirements
· Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
· Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
· Good planning and organizational skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
· Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· ITIL certification preferred
· Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in security CCTV/ surveillance system or related field will have advantage
