Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
- Ensure all daily operations works are carried out as per schedule
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Check on staff punctuality and discipline
- Packing of seafoods
- Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients
Requirements:
- Relevent experience in Seafood Industry/Fish Farm
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
- Ability to carry out multiple tasks and a team player
