You will ensure successful accreditation of the Residency Program by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education – International requirements. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of educational activities, providing administrative support to the Program Director, ensuring that there is a sufficient number of trained faculty, as well as creating a good learning experience for all Residents. You are also required to work closely with other Program Executive, department secretaries, faculty and staff from the Graduate Medical Educational Office.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or in training/education related disciplines
· Experience in healthcare or training industries would be an advantage
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Good organizational skills with attention to details
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
