F&B Event Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all event enquiries according to standard procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate the event effectively with the clients.
  • Managing daily operation and maintain quality standard.
  • Monitoring inventory and cost control.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Send all correspondence to clients regarding events, such as proposals, confirmation or agreement letter, amendments, etc.
  • Assist restaurant operation whenever it requires.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or experienced (1-2 years of experience) in the hotel, F&B, event management or related professional area.
  • Able to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands on and able to handle events independently without constant supervision.
  • Able to provide solutions to challenges that may arise.
