Responsibilities:
- Handle all event enquiries according to standard procedures.
- Plan and coordinate the event effectively with the clients.
- Managing daily operation and maintain quality standard.
- Monitoring inventory and cost control.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Send all correspondence to clients regarding events, such as proposals, confirmation or agreement letter, amendments, etc.
- Assist restaurant operation whenever it requires.
Requirement:
- Diploma or experienced (1-2 years of experience) in the hotel, F&B, event management or related professional area.
- Able to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands on and able to handle events independently without constant supervision.
- Able to provide solutions to challenges that may arise.
