Enterprise Products is seeking a technical, process & detail-oriented Application Engineer to work on our ServiceNow ERP, directly supporting and implementing the technical solutions for the IRM and GRC modules.
The role requires a technical focused yet somewhat business savvy individual that will work across multiple stakeholders to enable execution of their product build roadmaps in a compliant manner. This includes evaluating business requirements and identifying the best technical solutions to meet those business requirements. Configuration and customization experience with large scale ServiceNow product rollout is a must.
This individual will be a key member of the Enterprise Products Risk team, working across the Legal, Risk, Privacy, Information Security and Enterprise Products orgs, to perform the right ServiceNow configuration and customization tasks to manage and mitigate areas of FORREST (Financial, Operational, Reputational, Regulatory, Extended Enterprise, Strategic, Technological) risk across Meta.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical ownership of projects and managing resources
- Work with product managers to drive strategic value through custom applications built on ServiceNow, as well as our internal software stack
- Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs
- Architect and build highly available, scalable, and secure systems
- Comply with change management policies to ensure data integrity and system stability
- Understand performance metrics for business value
- Build interfaces for complex systems and high-quality tools
- Develop effective working relationships across Enterprise Products and Risk
- Build automation, data analytics, audit testing around implementing & enhancing ServiceNow capabilities to fit Meta’s ecosystem
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Administrator Certification (CSA) certifications, and IRM Certification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience configuring, building custom applications & integrations in the IRM module, with a minimum of 2 E2E implementations of the GRC & IRM modules
- Thorough understanding of majority of the following areas: Issue Management, Controls Self Assessment, Validation & monitoring of controls, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance management, Regulatory Change Management, Risk Management & Assessment
- 3+ years of experience developing business applications in ServiceNow, with PHP, Java, Python, or similar
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and supporting production quality software
- Experience owning projects from end-to-end and working in an AGILE environment
- Effective communication skills and experience leading effectively, influencing multiple cross-functional groups
- Deep understanding of IT Operations, including a solid understanding of risk frameworks, data governance, change management fundamentals and technology stacks
- Solid problem solving skills that demonstrate creativity and logical thinking to reach a solution
- Experience with the Vendor Risk Management module of ServiceNow.
