Job Duties
· Overseeing customer’s requirements and work closely with customers' IT vendors and maintenance support vendors
· Taking ownership of customers' technical issues reported & tracking them through resolutions timely and escalate to appropriate channels when applicable
· Install, support and maintain hardware and software network infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, server virtualization, storage etc.
· Provide technical support to customers’ end-users and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting
· Support technical needs in customers' environment through integration of new and existing technologies
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
· Professional Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent an added advantage
· Professional Certification in Microsoft Certified Solution Associate is an added advantage
· Min. 1 year experience as System Administrator or Network Administrator or similar role
· Familiar with various operating systems and platforms
· Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
· Good communication skills
· Able to join immediately or within short notice is an advantage
· Candidate can be hybrid (in both System & Network) or well-versed in either System or Network
