- Responsible for all the cost estimates for tender projects.
- Participate in value engineering and determining the price of the service.
- Monitor any major contractual status, arise after discussion with project sites.
- Review and ensure timely and accurate payment response are certified to the subcontractor’s monthly claims.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years in Mechanical and Electrical/General Construction/Civil
- Construction experience.
- Proficient from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage.
