Overview:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the school's daily operations.
Job Description:
- Reception counter duties such as e-mail handling phonecalls, general enquiries, e-mails / mails & faxes.
- Record delivery of goods/ services, record messages and provide professional customer services
- Administrative duties such as data entries, collation of information, filings, scanning and archiving documents.
- Attend to students feeling unwell.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements:
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player with initiative
- Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably possess relevant experience in reception and administration in a school environment.
Contract Details:
- 1 year contract, March 2024 - Feb 2025.
- Location: Bukit Merah
