A dynamic and creative Strategy Director who wants to build disruptive brand platforms and breakthrough communications. You want to lead client conversations inspire teams and be a key part of driving the strategic agenda of TBWA\Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Excellence
· Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the clients’ business problems, audience and marketing strategies.
· Able to drive the teams to find new and unique insights that can unlock creative strategies and potential new media opportunities.
· Able to lead clients through the research process with the respective Brand Management teams or other involved parties.
· Develop innovative ways to research the brand, category, culture and audience and turn it into compelling stories.
Creative Strategy
· Able to lead clear, inspiring and disruptive briefs.
· Able to find key opportunities for clients based on key business challenges and inspire and orchestrate all members of their team to turn these into opportunities into moonshot briefs/creative stimulus.
· Push creative teams and provide stimulus and thought-starters to help identify opportunities in our client brands and businesses to create breakthrough creative work.
· Constantly pushing the teams to find solutions to solve the client business problems.
Communication Planning & Data
· Lead the teams to create more integrated solutions by understanding the exact touchpoints clients need to activate to drive results.
· Able to have a deep understanding of consumer journeys for client categories and push to create solutions that will disrupt ideas.
· Able to be fluent with data and understand exactly when to bring specialists in and when to direct our own research within strategy.
Leadership/People Management
· Able to be a leader of all the teams – inspire and motivate everyone e.g. lead with passion, empathy, invest in the people, and steer the team towards a common goal/vision.
· Able to successfully coach, train and develop the performance of the team members, creating opportunities for growth and development throughout the team.
· Someone who is agile in responding to changing external landscapes and able to take calculated risks for the overall best for the client and team.
