Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing server, firewall, switch, APs upgrade projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with managing and upgrading servers, firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Basic understanding of Azure VM deployment, configuration, and management.
- Exposure to planning and executing data migration projects.
- Desirable skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 environment and services.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Basic understanding of designing, implementing, and managing network solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technology landscapes.
- Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional IT teams.
- Experience in coordinating and leading IT project teams.
