Work Location: Serangoon North
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday 6.45am to 3.45pm
Friday : 6.45am to 3.15pm ( 30 minutes lunch break)
Contract Period: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
Admin Personnel
- Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
- Calling absentees’ parents to find out reasons for absence
- Perform simple clerical duties including printing, checking and sorting out FAS and bursary applications, and informing parents of outcome/collection of approval letters
- Printing and arranging of timetable
- Sorting out hardcopy mails to respective owners
- Updating staff absence in the General Office
Any other administrative duties as assigned by the school’s management staff
Job Requirement :
Min O level or working experience in office/ reception duties.
Experience in working with school.
