Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion and Sales:
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
• Recommend suitable skincare routines and products based on individual requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain the application techniques to enhance customers' understanding.
• Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Customer Service and Consultation:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a personalized and attentive shopping experience.
• Actively listen to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Provide thorough explanations of product features, usage instructions, and potential outcomes.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour at all times.
3. Store Operations:
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock products as needed.
• Track and record sales, customer interactions, and relevant data accurately.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet performance objectives.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in skincare or beauty-related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Skincare Specialist, or similar role in a retail environment.
• Passion for skincare and a solid understanding of skincare principles, ingredients, and routines.
