Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Able to handle, carry and transfer physical files
- Packing, sorting and organizing a high volume of files
- Quality-check a high volume of physical files
- Identify missing or unidentified files.
- Identifying potential problems and able to propose efficient solutions
- Manage and organise physical items
- Classification, sorting and creation of an inventory of physical items.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Diploma in any disciplines
- Good in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Basic data entry and data tracking
