Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive
Job Description
· Handle / Process procurement request on Hardware / Tools and miscellaneous items
· Issuing Hardware / Tools to Project per PMR request (liaison with Procurement Team)
· Assist in liaising for machine servicing / repairs of the Production line
· Assist in Monthly Inventory, stock take and Cost Allocation of Stock to individual projects (liaison with procurement & accounts department)
· Handling of all local logistics / overseas shipments (NOA, BL, Local delivery)
· Matching of DO PO to Suppliers’ invoices for Hardware / Tools
· Liaison with Project & Procurement Team for ensuring the smooth running of production & fabrication line with material & manpower planning
· Quality Assurance & Quality Control of Materials purchase locally and overseas through testing and commissioning schedules.
· Liaise with external laboratory to carry out testing of materials
· Liaise with clients’ QaQc departments and relevant departments to conduct material inspection at sites or factory warehouse and handing over process
· Ensure all necessary records, documents are up to date
