ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Rainbowland Learning Centre Pte. Ltd.

We are a fast growing early childhood organization in Singapore and the region. You job responsiblities may evolve as the organization grows.


Job Responsibilities:

• Support the recruiting, on-boarding, and off-boarding of local employees across our school network including management of Corpass (CPF, salaries, employment passes, etc.).

• Track and report enrollment data across all campuses via our Student Management System.

• Collect and prepare financial reports across our Singapore school network.

• Manage the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) web portal including:

- Letter of Notification (LON)

- Centre Management System (CMS)

- Preschool Search Portal (PSP)

Act as the market expert regarding Singapore specific compliance and licensure processes.

• Day-to-day point of contact for Heads of School regarding administrative functions.

• Participate in system improvement/ process improvement projects.

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

• Work with your manager on special projects that further our growth in Singapore.


Qualifications:

• Understand Singaporean policy regarding licensure of education professionals.

• 3+ years of experience working in education in Singapore (GCE ‘O’ Level) .

• Bachelor's degree.

• In-depth knowledge of the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) web portal.

• Certified with L1/L2 or Leadership with ECDA

• Strong Microsoft Office Experience: hands-on experience with CRM (MS Dynamics) and Student Management Systems (e.g. illumine/Taidii) is preferred.

• Team player in a start-up environment, adapt and flexible in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate proficiently and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Legal working status in Singapore is required.
