Job Purpose
Drive the integration of environmental, social and economic goals into company strategies, operations and culture.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor policies, programmes and initiatives that align with the corporate’s mission, vision and values.
- Create and communicate a clear and coherent sustainability strategy.
- Manage and monitor execution of projects related to the sustainability, setting goals and target, develop action plans and indicator and ensure timely deliverables.
- Keep abreast of industry developments in relation to sustainability reporting and benchmarking practices and share best practices.
- Prepare and publish regular and transparent sustainability reports that disclose company’s sustainability impacts, risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing the corporate environmental and social goals
- Experienced in preparing sustainability report according to SGX requirements
- Sound knowledge of industry best practices, trends and sustainability standards
- Strong data analytics and presentation skills
- Excellent communications, organisational and project management skills
