Accounts Assistant (6 months contract)

Quinnox Solutions Pte. Ltd.

You will be responsible for daily accounting task supporting the Finance & Accounts Team members which including administrative and Clerical duties.

Responsibilities

  • To input financial transaction into our internal accounting database system, and to confirm the accuracy of database information
  • To perform bank reconciliation
  • To input invoices to match with PO system
  • To keep daily account transaction updated and running accurately & effectively for month end reporting
  • To assist to track and maintain documentation & reconcile any discrepancies
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the department members

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous and attention to details with the ability to perform basic accounting duties
  • Basic book-keeping knowledge
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level

Additional Information

  1. Commence work after Chinese New Year
  2. Work Location - Mapletree Business City
  3. Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
