You will be responsible for daily accounting task supporting the Finance & Accounts Team members which including administrative and Clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- To input financial transaction into our internal accounting database system, and to confirm the accuracy of database information
- To perform bank reconciliation
- To input invoices to match with PO system
- To keep daily account transaction updated and running accurately & effectively for month end reporting
- To assist to track and maintain documentation & reconcile any discrepancies
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the department members
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous and attention to details with the ability to perform basic accounting duties
- Basic book-keeping knowledge
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level
