- Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities;
- Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project;
- Supervise and enforce site quality control;
- Experience in supervising geotechnical and deep excavation works.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety;
- BCA registered with recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering;
- Recognized Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution;
- Registered with IES;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works;
- Prior LTA project experience is an advantage;
- Only Singaporean / SPR need apply.
