Operations and Customer Service Executive
- Salary: $2300 - $3200
- Location : Tampines East
- Working Days : 5 days (Friday & Saturday off)
- Working hours Monday - Thursday 12pm - 9.30pm | Sunday 830am - 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting students and parents, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining student records, and ensuring the studio's efficient daily operation.
- Sales Assistance: Assist in sales activities by providing information to prospective students and parents, supporting enrollment, and promoting our offerings.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally and with a smile.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives, such as coordinating campaigns, assisting with social media, and helping to organize events.
Job Requirements
- With relevant experience in music school is an added advantage
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn relevant software.
