Job Description:
- Provide support for distributor and direct sales activities (GUM, Ora2, TONIC, QAIS).
- Develop, maintain, and manage SNS content across various countries.
- Ensure the tone and manner of POSM created by agencies align with brand standards.
- Execute exhibitions effectively.
- Manage the PDCA cycle for ATL & BTL initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies for product claims.
- Create key visuals and communication materials.
- Conduct surveys to assess the current business landscape.
- Prepare QAIS Sales Tool materials utilizing clinical data.
- Analyze the feasibility of expanding into new markets.
- Conduct surveys to identify target customers in new countries.
- Identify and onboard new distributors.
- Seek partnerships, including potential M&A opportunities.
- Lead product launches and brand selection processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to determine optimal product pricing.
- Draft business plans for entering new markets.
- Negotiate contracts with new Distributors.
- Build professional networks within the industry.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on pricing strategies for new product
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Marketing.
- Proven track record in new business development, including launching new brands, products, and POS materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, particularly using SNS platforms.
- Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
