· Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities;
· Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project;
· Supervise and enforce site quality control;
· Experience in supervising geotechnical and deep excavation works.
· Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety;
· BCA registered with recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering;
· Recognized Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution;
· Registered with IES;
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works;
· Prior LTA project experience is an advantage;
· Only Singaporean / SPR need apply.
