About the Finance Executive - six-month contract Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for all operational and financial accounting functions including the full set of accounts, audit, bank reconciliations and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial statements including bank reconciliation and schedulesPrepare billing and collection for Accountant to reviewPerform analysis on financial statements for management reporting purposesPrepare GST reportingLiaise with Operations teamLiaise with external auditors for year-end audit/tax mattersAssist with the preparation of forecast and budgetSupport any other ad hoc assignments as required
To succeed in this Finance Executive - six-month contract role, you must be self-motivated, team-oriented, resourceful and have a great attention to detail.
Key Requirements:Diploma/degree in AccountingAt least two years' relevant experience in handling full set of accountsMeticulous, analytical and independentAbility to meet the tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Office applications
