Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient office administration.

MAS Reporting: Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Head Office Reporting: Coordinate and manage reporting activities to the head office, providing timely and accurate financial information.MAS Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory updates and ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and requirements across all finance operations.HR Tasks: Oversee HR-related functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.Office Administration: Manage office administration duties, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.Financial Management: Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to support business growth and sustainability.Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Skills and experience requiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the insurance or reinsurance industry.Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and reporting requirements, with proven experience in MAS compliance.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
